INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup TAHA Whey protein powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F, and then set aside a prepared cookie sheet (non-stick, parchment lined or oiled).
- In a mixing bowl, all ingredients except chocolate chips until they are fully combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Create 12 cookie dough balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheet. Form each ball into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Take the cookies out of the oven, and allow them to cool completely.
