Prep Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup water
- ¼-1/2 teaspoons ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 Scoop TAHA Vanilla protein powder
- Ice
METHOD:
- In a protein shaker, shake water, matcha powder, milk, and protein powder until combined.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.

- In a small bowl or cup, mix the water with the matcha powder using a frother until it is thoroughly combined.
- Froth the milk and protein powder together until combined.
- Add ice to the glass and, pour protein milk and matcha mixture in over the top and enjoy!
