INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Mind & Body Protein Blend
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- (optional) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- (optional) drizzle with honey or maple syrup
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
- Chopped up bananas
- 3/4 cup berries (frozen or thawed)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Toasted coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup of your favorite nuts
- 1 tsp of your favorite nut butter
METHOD:
- In a protein shaker, combine milk and protein powder and shake.
