Protein overnight oats

Start your mornings off right with this simple and customizable overnight oats recipe! 🌟 It's the perfect make-ahead breakfast that's creamy, delicious, and packed with the protein you need to fuel your day. You can add whatever toppings you love—fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of your favorite nut butter. 🍓🥜 Whether you're rushing out the door or enjoying a slow morning, this recipe has you covered!

Set time: 4hrs to overnight
Servings: 1

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Mind & Body Protein Blend
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • (optional) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • (optional) drizzle with honey or maple syrup 

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Chopped up bananas
  • 3/4 cup berries (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite nuts
  • 1 tsp of your favorite nut butter

METHOD:

  1. In a protein shaker, combine milk and protein powder and shake. 
  2. Combine the protein shake with the rolled oats and cinnamon in a bowl or glass jar.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  4. Add your favorite topping - change it up from day to day!
