No bake chocolate nut protein bars

These delicious protein bars are a healthier twist on the classic peanut butter cup, offering the same rich flavor with added health benefits! Made with creamy cashew butter, natural honey, and TAHA’s grass-fed Vanilla Protein Powder, they’re packed with nutrients to fuel your body. Flaxseed adds a boost of fiber and omega-3s, while dark chocolate provides antioxidants for a satisfying finish. With each bar delivering a balance of healthy fats, quality protein, and natural sweetness, these bars are perfect for a post-workout treat or an anytime snack. Enjoy the indulgence without the guilt!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup natural creamy, cashew, peanut or almond butter (We used cashew)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup  TAHA Vanilla protein powder 
  • 2.5 ounces, dark chocolate 85%
  • Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling on top 

    METHOD:

    1. In a medium bowl, mix cashew butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
    2. Add ground flaxseed and TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder, stirring with a spoon, then using your hands until it forms a dough-like texture.
    3. Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x4-inch pan.
    4. Melt 2.5 ounces of dark chocolate in a small saucepan until smooth. Pour over the mixture, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
    5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then slice into 10 squares. Store covered in the fridge for up to two weeks.
