INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp LSA (ground linseed, sunflower & almond)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 scoops TAHA Natural Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
