We jumped on the Dalgona Coffee trend and gave it a TAHA Nutrition upgrade! While we think the whipped coffee flavor is an acquired taste, our favorite part was definitely the protein-packed shake—but hey, each to their own!

Ingredients
- 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup low-fat milk of choice
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 Tablespoons cold water
METHOD:
Protein Shake Base
Blend TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder with milk until smooth. Pour into a glass and set aside.
Dalgona Coffee Topping
- In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, instant coffee, and cold water.
- Using a hand mixer (or whisking by hand for 8-12 minutes), whip until the mixture thickens and holds its shape.
- Spoon the whipped coffee over your protein shake for a creamy, layered effect.
