Dalgona protein coffee

We jumped on the Dalgona Coffee trend and gave it a TAHA Nutrition upgrade! While we think the whipped coffee flavor is an acquired taste, our favorite part was definitely the protein-packed shake—but hey, each to their own!


Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup low-fat milk of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 2 Tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons cold water 

METHOD:

Protein Shake Base

Blend TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder with milk until smooth. Pour into a glass and set aside.

Dalgona Coffee Topping

  1. In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, instant coffee, and cold water.
  2. Using a hand mixer (or whisking by hand for 8-12 minutes), whip until the mixture thickens and holds its shape.
  3. Spoon the whipped coffee over your protein shake for a creamy, layered effect.
