A cozy, high-protein twist on classic eggnog — creamy, festive, and ready in minutes. This easy “cheat” version skips the eggs and heavy cream but keeps all the nostalgic holiday flavor using TAHA Vanilla Whey Protein.
Tip: For the creamiest texture, use our Vanilla Whey Protein Concentrate. If you’re sensitive to lactose, choose our Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (0g lactose) and a dairy-free milk.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, or coconut)
- 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Whey Protein:
- Concentrate — creamier, contains natural lactose
- Isolate — 0g lactose, ideal for dairy-sensitive individuals
- ¼ cup prepared custard (follow instructions on your custard powder or carton beforehand) or ½ banana
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Small pinch of sea salt
- Ice (optional)
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, nutmeg, cinnamon stick
METHOD
- Add everything to a blender: Milk, TAHA Vanilla Whey Protein (Concentrate or Isolate), custard, spices, vanilla, and salt.
- Blend 20–30 seconds until rich and creamy.
- Serve warm or chilled:
Chilled: Pour over ice.
Warm: Heat gently on low, stirring constantly. (Avoid high heat to maintain a smooth texture.) - Optional: Add alcohol
Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of your choice:
Dark rum → classic eggnog flavor
Bourbon → richer, deeper finish
Spiced rum → holiday warmth
