A cozy, spiced holiday shake made with TAHA Health & Nutrition Whey Protein
All the nostalgic gingerbread flavors — warm spices, vanilla, fresh ginger, and a touch of sweetness — blended into a creamy, cold, high-protein smoothie. Adding a ginger cookie takes it to the next level, giving you that true “gingerbread cookie in a cup” experience.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1 scoop TAHA Unflavoured + ½ tsp extra vanilla extract or TAHA Vanilla Whey Protein
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½–1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1–2 ginger cookies (optional — adds real gingerbread flavor & thickness)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (omit if using Vanilla protein)
- ½–1 cup ice
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon, gingerbread cookie crumbs
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a blender: Milk, TAHA protein, banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, ground ginger, fresh ginger, nutmeg, ginger cookies, vanilla, and ice.
2. Blend for 20–30 seconds until everything is fully combined.
3. Adjust to taste
- Add more fresh ginger or cookies for a stronger gingerbread flavor
- Add more maple syrup for extra sweetness
- Add more ice for a thicker, frostier texture
4. Serve & enjoy
Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cinnamon, or a sprinkle of crushed gingerbread cookies for a festive touch.
