Protein chia with fresh mango

This delicious combo of whey protein, chia, coconut milk, and mango provide a powerful combination of protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants that support muscle growth, digestion, heart health, and immune function.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Sit time: 2 hours
Servings: 2

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of TAHA Natural protein powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 ripe mangoes

METHOD:

  1. Whisk protein powder into water.
  2. Add protein powder mixture and chia seeds to coconut milk. 
  3. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight. 
  4. Stir chia. 
  5. If the chia is a little thick, stir in a little water until it reaches the desired consistency. 
  6. Remove skin and pit from mango, set aside half to the mango to cut into cubes. 
  7. Puree the rest of the mango. 
  8. Layer mango puree and chia mixture in two cups and top with cubed mangos. 
  9. Enjoy
