This delicious combo of whey protein, chia, coconut milk, and mango provide a powerful combination of protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants that support muscle growth, digestion, heart health, and immune function.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 scoop of TAHA Natural protein powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 ripe mangoes
METHOD:
- Whisk protein powder into water.
- Add protein powder mixture and chia seeds to coconut milk.
- Refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
- Stir chia.
- If the chia is a little thick, stir in a little water until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Remove skin and pit from mango, set aside half to the mango to cut into cubes.
- Puree the rest of the mango.
- Layer mango puree and chia mixture in two cups and top with cubed mangos.
