INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 scoops TAHA Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the frozen blueberries to the dry mixture and toss gently to coat them in flour. This helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins. Set aside.
