Blackberry protein baked oats

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop TAHA chocolate protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
To serve:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • nutella 
METHOD:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C or 350 °F.
  2. Oil or line oven safe container with parchment paper. 
  3. Mash banana in bowl.
  4. Add oats, chia seeds, protein powder and milk and whisk together using a fork until combined. 
  5. Pour into baking dish.
  6. Scatter blackberries into the mixture.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes (or until cooked through).
  8. Serve greek yogurt and a drizzle of warm Nutella or any topping of choice.
  9. Enjoy!
