Pumpkin spice protein latte

As the crisp autumn air rolls in and the leaves begin to turn, nothing quite says "fall" like a warm, cozy pumpkin spice latte. But this year, why not take your seasonal favorite to the next level with a health-conscious twist? This delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe features TAHA Whey Protein Powder, made from grass-fed, free-range cows, giving you all the indulgent flavors of fall while boosting your energy and supporting muscle recovery. Packed with natural ingredients and rich in nutrients, this latte not only satisfies your cravings but also helps fuel your body with clean, sustainable protein.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Servings: Syrup for 10 lattes

SYRUP INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice (2 tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ½ tsp ground ginger, ¼ tsp ground cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

METHOD - To make syrup:

  1. In a pot over medium heat, add water, sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and let the syrup cool.

LATTE INGREDIENTS:

METHOD - To make a latte:

  1. Make a double-shot espresso or coffee of your choice.
  2. Mix in one tablespoon of pumpkin spice syrup into coffee.
  3. Mix milk and TAHA protein powder and foam.
  4. Pour TAHA Protein milk mixture over espresso pumpkin spice mix.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
  6. Enjoy!

NOTES:

  • Keep syrup refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week to enjoy at your convenience.
