When most people think of protein powder, they think of smoothies and post-workout shakes. But protein powder can be used in many other ways—from baking and overnight oats to pancakes, energy bites, and even salad dressings.
Adding protein to foods you're already eating is an easy way to increase your daily protein intake without having to reach for another shake.
This dressing has been a longtime favorite of one of the TAHA team members. Originally from the Whitewater Cooks cookbook, we've added a scoop of TAHA Natural Whey Protein for an easy protein boost. Packed with flavor from nutritional yeast, tamari, garlic, and tahini, it's creamy, tangy, and perfect for drizzling over your favorite salads, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables.
