INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup raw pistachios
- 14 oz cottage cheese
- 1 scoop TAHA natural protein powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
METHOD:
- Soak pistachios in boiling water for 30 minutes.
- Rinse pistachios and blend until they form a butter.
- Add cottage cheese, protein powder and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle mold and freeze.
