Pistachio cottage cheese popsicles

Looking for a fun and refreshing way to get your protein in? These Protein Pistachio Cottage Cheese Popsicles are the perfect blend of creamy, nutty, and naturally sweet goodness. With just a few simple ingredients, including TAHA’s grass-fed whey protein, these popsicles make a great snack or dessert that fuels your body while satisfying your cravings.

Soak time: 30 minutes
Prep time:
 5 minutes 
Freeze time: Overnight 

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Soak pistachios in boiling water for 30 minutes. 
  2. Rinse pistachios and blend until they form a butter.
  3. Add cottage cheese, protein powder and maple syrup and blend until smooth. 
  4. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze.  
  5. Enjoy!
