INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop of TAHA Protein Powder (we used Berry)
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 banana
- a handful of fresh spinach, washed
- handful of ice
- berries, optional
METHOD:
- Wash your spinach
- Add protein powder and water or milk to the blender and blend.
- Add banana, spinach, berries and ice and blend again.
- Pour into a glass with a reusable straw and enjoy!
