Spinach banana protein shake


Bring some green into your life. Spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals while being low in calories. Teamed up with TAHA Whey Protein Powder, you have a healthy and nutrient-packed protein shake for any time of day!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of TAHA Protein Powder (we used Berry)
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1 banana
  • a handful of fresh spinach, washed 
  • handful of ice 
  • berries, optional 
METHOD:
  1. Wash your spinach
  2. Add protein powder and water or milk to the blender and blend. 
  3. Add banana, spinach, berries and ice and blend again. 
  4. Pour into a glass with a reusable straw and enjoy!
