INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
- ¼ cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Whey
- 1 shot cold espresso (25–35 ml), cooled 1–2 min
- ¾–1 cup coconut water (in the glass)
- Ice
METHOD
- Blend to a cloud: Milk + protein + espresso → blend 15–25 sec until thick, glossy, and doubled in volume.
- Build the base: Fill a glass with ice, pour in coconut water.
- Pour the protein-espresso cloud over the ice/coconut water.
- Stir and sip.
- Sweeter: add ½ tsp honey or a dash of vanilla.
- Stronger coffee: use a double shot and reduce milk to keep it thick.
