Banoffee milky date caramel oats

This creamy, protein-packed Banoffee Milky Date Caramel Oats is the ultimate nutrient-dense breakfast that fuels your body and satisfies your cravings. Made with TAHA Vanilla Whey Protein, wholesome oats, and naturally sweet date caramel, it’s perfect for busy mornings or a post-workout refuel.

INGREDIENTS

Oats

Date Caramel

  • 10 dates regular dates or 6 Medjool
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup milk Pinch of sea salt flakes 

Assembly

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • Sprinkle of cacao powder or cinnamon
  • Dates for garnish (optional)

METHOD

Prepare the Oats:

  1. In a large lidded container, combine chia seeds, oats, TAHA protein powder, milk, diced banana, and yogurt.
  2. Stir well, cover, and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.

Make the Date Caramel:

  1. Remove pits from dates and place in a heat proof container. Pour boiling water over dates and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain dates. If you are using Medjool dates you do not need to soak them. 
  2. In a small blender combine dates, nut butter, milk, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add an extra splash of milk to help with the blending.

Assemble:

  1. Divide the date caramel evenly in the bottom of your jars. Use two to three jars depending on how large a serving you desire.  
  2. Fill the jars 2/3 full with the oats and chia mixture.
  3. Place sliced bananas around the edges for a beautiful presentation.
  4. Add another layer of oats and chia mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cacao powder or cinnamon, and garnish with extra dates if desired.
