Raspberry protein overnight oats

 

Kick-start your day with a delicious bowl of overnight oats. This berry and vanilla overnight oats recipe is a powerhouse of nutrients to fuel your day. Bursting with 25g of protein, the goodness of berries, the subtle sweetness of vanilla, and the added benefits of 2.5g Verisol® Collagen & 400mg Nutiani™ Phospholipids, this recipe offers a blend of flavors and textures that'll make your morning bright.

Set time: 4hrs to overnight
Servings: 1

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop TAHA Vanilla Protein
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen and thawed)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Toasted coconut flakes

METHOD:

  1. In a protein shaker, combine milk, water, and protein powder and shake.
  2. Combine the protein shake with the rolled oats and cinnamon in a bowl or glass jar.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries for the easiest option.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.

To get the look from our photos: Once the oats have sat overnight. Blend the raspberries until they reach a jam-like consistency. Layer the oats and jam in a glass container and top with extra fresh raspberries)

    In the morning,

    1. Give the oats a good stir.
    2. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the oats.
    3. Garnish with fresh raspberries, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
