INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop TAHA Health & Nutrition Grass-Fed Whey Protein (choose Vanilla, Chocolate, Berry, Mocha, or Natural)
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (almond milk, oat milk, or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (optional: maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar)
  • Pinch of salt

METHOD:

  1. Mix the Batter:
    In a oven-safe bowl, combine the flour, TAHA Whey Protein (flavor of choice), baking powder, sweetener, and salt.

  2. Add the Wet Ingredients:
    Stir in the milk and egg until smooth. If using Natural Whey, add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

  3. Cook It:
    Bake at 350° F for 30min

  4. Top It Off:
