Protein rice cake tiramisu

Craving a guilt-free treat? This Healthy Rice Cake Tiramisu is the perfect solution! Made with TAHA’s grass-fed mocha protein powder, a shot of espresso, and creamy Greek yogurt, it delivers all the classic tiramisu flavors without the excess sugar or calories. Layers of crispy rice cakes soaked in coffee and topped with a smooth mocha protein yogurt blend make this a deliciously light yet indulgent dessert. It’s a perfect post-workout snack or anytime pick-me-up that satisfies your sweet cravings while giving your body the fuel it needs!
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 3-4 plain rice cakes
  • 250g natural Greek yogurt 
  • 1 scoop TAHA Mocha Protein Powder
  • A shot of expresso + water to = 1 cup 
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Method:

  1. Prepare your coffee and let it cool.
  2. Mix protein powder and yogurt until combined.
  3. Add a dollop of yogurt to the middle of your dish.
  4. Dip rice cakes into the coffee for a few seconds. (Not too long, or they'll get soggy!)
  5. Place rice cake on top of yogurt dollop and spread yogurt on top of rice cake.
  6. Layer rice cakes and yogurt.
  7. Top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
